Organisations with long names always end up with an abbreviation somebody else invented, usually an awkward one. Starting short removes that problem for good.
A4O reads as advocacy for others, access for all, or action for outcomes. Access for all has the widest application, covering disability access, digital inclusion, healthcare access and legal aid, each of which has organisations that would read the name correctly on sight.
The 4-as-for convention became standard in nonprofit programme naming because it compresses a mission statement into something that fits on a badge, a banner and a funding application without being shortened.
