Captions are a legal requirement in more places every year, and the organisations enforcing, funding and setting the standards for them are almost entirely nonprofits and public bodies.
That is the audience this address speaks to. V2T is how voice-to-text is written in technical documentation, procurement specifications and accessibility guidance, so a body adopting it inherits recognition rather than building it.
The subject is not niche. Dictation, transcription, live captioning, subtitle generation and voice interfaces all sit under the same three characters, and the technology improved enough recently that the policy conversation has shifted from feasibility to obligation.
A standards project, an advocacy organisation, a provider of captioning services or a training body would each be well placed here.
