K4I carries that, plus kids for inclusion, fitting youth programmes focused on disability, integration or access, and knowledge for innovation.
The convention carries the name. Programme naming in this shape has become standard across the institutional sector, so a reader parses it as a mission on first sight rather than as an abbreviation needing explanation. That legibility is inherited, not built.
