Displaced people need accurate, current information about routes, rights, services and procedures, and the organisations providing it are a recognised part of the humanitarian response sector. Information for refugees is a real and specific need.
E4R carries that, plus education for refugees, evidence for reform, and energy for resilience. The last of those fits climate adaptation work, where funding grew substantially once mitigation alone stopped looking sufficient.
Each is an institutional niche with .org buyers, and the 4-as-for convention means the name reads as a statement of purpose rather than three letters requiring a glossary. That legibility is inherited rather than built.
